MEGA Designer allows you to manage all aspects of enterprise data assets from modeling to database storage to documentation. The Database Design component provides a valuable link in this chain via its integration in the powerful MEGA product suite and with its capacity to handle data both from other specific tools and with standardized formats.

In a nutshell, MEGA Designer - Database links conceptual data views, based on data models, to logical and physical data views, based on relational models. It features:

• Full roundtrip engineering between conceptual and logical modeling layers
• Transformation tools that guarantee consistency between the conceptual and logical views at all times and provide automated generation of database schemas
• Generation of ready-to-use SQL scripts by specifying proprietary DBMS parameters
